1. Scope

These terms govern your use of this website and your application for a loan from MK Finance.

Submitting an application does not create a loan. MK Finance may accept or decline any application at its discretion.

The loan amount, interest rate, processing fee, repayment date and penalty rate are those stated in your approval message.

You agree to repay the full repayment amount on or before the repayment date.
